Use the Seal 4 Buyers Guide with Cover to assist you in complying with The Federal Trade Commission Used Car Rule that states: “All buyers guides must be posted prominently & conspicuously on or in the vehicle”. These Buyers Guides have adhesive on all four sides to seal to the window. Just affix to a window by removing the adhesive strips. When the sale is complete, the 2nd copy is perforated to neatly remove from the window, leaving only the adhesive border to remove & discard.
