Our alteration tag is an economical solution to allow you to track your customer’s orders & scheduled pickups. The tag is an off white/ecru color with black imprint. It features an area for the date, customer information, article description & amount of sale. The tag is perforated to divide the tag in two sections along with a 5 digit layaway number in red featured in each section for accounting/filing ease. Back side of the tag is blank.
